FINAL REFLECTION

Throughout the semester of this module, I was able to gain 3 TGCs. One of them was, communication skills. Being in a group requires a lot of communicating between group members especially in discussing our tasks or when we needed any help or guidances. Doing this helps me to practice a lot of my communication abilities even though is only by chatting via Whatsapp. By having good communication skills, all of us are able to finish the group project on time without any delay. Next, I also gained interpersonal skills. Working in a group also made me realise how important it is to have a good team dynamics between each member. Thankfully for the 2nd project, I have a great team that could work successfully together. In my opinion, I think that all of us work well together since we are able to do our tasks smoothly based on the time given. Each members gave their very best in providing as much information needed and are often in updating us on the information that we had gathered. Lastly, I was able to gain intrapersonal skills. When doing these 2 projects, I was able to be self-reliant in finding the information needed. Although I may needed some help in doing some tasks that requires help from others, I'm glad that I was able to practice self-independent on some of my work so that I could learn more on how to improve on my mistakes on my own.

Next, doing these 2 projects throughout this whole semester has been quite a challenge to me. There are days that that I wasn’t able to attend to classes & lectures because my internet connection wasn’t working so that made me fell behind on some work. But regardless, I was able to bounce back and catch up on my work as soon as possible. In terms of when doing online learning through TEAMS & ZOOM meeting, I think that these apps are very beneficial since I can keep track of the work that was given to me by my lectures & tutors. The same thing could be apply for both TIMES & Facebook since those are the main platforms used when I’m getting information or announcements that was given from my tutors. 

To conclude this, I’m also grateful to have been given good tutors such as Mr Shawn & Dr Illia. Although I didn’t spend enough time with both of them to know them better but I think that both of them had been great tutors in guiding me in both project 1 and project 2. Thank you for all of the feedbacks on areas that I should improve on project 1 and for the feedbacks for my group and I in project 2! I also had a great time listening to all the lectures from the tutors and it had been a fun experience overall.
